2. Inclusion at the heart of our actions: partnership with EPIDE

Optimark has partnered with EPIDE (Établissement Pour l’Insertion Dans l’Emploi ), a school that supports young adults aged 18 to 25 who are experiencing difficulties in finding long-term employment.
Through training, tailored support, and individualized guidance, EPIDE helps these young people regain confidence and opens up new opportunities for them.

This partnership illustrates Optimark's desire to link its commercial missions to a genuine social commitment. By integrating young people from diverse backgrounds, the agency brings added value to its clients while promoting a more inclusive society.

3. Meriem, from EPIDE to Nivea ambassador

Among the great successes of this partnership, we followed Meriem's journey. After completing her training at EPIDE, she enrolled in Optiway's (Ora Group's training firm) one-year "Sales Employee" training-employment program, which leads to a diploma. During a visit to EPIDE, the Optimark team met Meriem and was impressed by her profile. Since then, she has been working with Optimark as a Nivea ambassador, promoting the brand in stores and building relationships with consumers.

His career path perfectly illustrates that, with the right training and motivation, anyone can seize opportunities and succeed.
